These terms govern the use of this nutrition-tracking app. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Subscription
- The intended subscription plan is a monthly premium plan priced at 9 USD per month.
- Eligible new subscribers should receive a 30-day free trial when the introductory offer is configured in Apple App Store and Google Play.
- After the trial period ends, the subscription renews automatically unless canceled in the store before renewal.
- Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play under their store terms.
Access control
- App access is intended to be available only when a subscription entitlement is active, a store trial is active, or a device is approved through early access.
- Early access can be granted by including a phone number in
assets/early-access.json. Removing that number from a later release is intended to revoke access. - Client-side protections reduce casual bypassing, but no mobile app can promise absolute resistance to tampering without server-side enforcement.

Acceptable use
- Users may not interfere with the app, attempt to abuse purchase flows, or misuse early-access credentials.
- You are responsible for keeping any device-level credentials and store account credentials secure.
Changes
The app and these terms may change over time. Material pricing and subscription changes should also be reflected in the relevant store listings and billing setup before release.
